KITTY HAIR® Long Strand Fiberglass Reinforced Filler is Evercoat’s high-strength repair solution engineered for extreme durability, superior reinforcement, and unmatched bridging power. Formulated with long-strand chopped fiberglass, this advanced filler delivers twice the strength of standard body fillers, making it ideal for rebuilding shattered fiberglass, reinforcing rusted or torn sheet metal, and restoring heavily damaged automotive panels.

Its waterproof, rustproof formulation creates a tough, resilient repair surface that stands up to harsh conditions while maintaining long-term structural integrity. KITTY HAIR® adheres exceptionally well to steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, SMC, fiberglass, and most rigid plastics, offering broad compatibility across modern substrates. It can be applied with or without fiberglass cloth or mat, giving technicians maximum flexibility for structural or cosmetic repairs.

The product mixes easily with Evercoat’s blue cream hardener and provides a workable set time of 10–15 minutes at standard temperatures. It spreads with firm pressure, cures to a strong and durable surface, and sands cleanly before being finished with premium Evercoat fillers such as Rage® or Metal Glaze®. For major reinforcement, panel rebuilding, and severe damage repair, KITTY HAIR® remains the professional standard.
