Evercoat SLICK SAND™ Polyester Primer Surfacer is a high-solids, extra high-build 50:1 polyester primer engineered to level and fill rough, uneven, or heavily repaired surfaces with exceptional efficiency. Formulated for professional collision repair technicians, restorers, and custom painters, Slick Sand delivers a thick, uniform film build in as little as one coat, providing an ideal foundation for high-quality basecoat and clearcoat systems.

Slick Sand offers excellent adhesion to fiberglass, SMC, body filler, putty, wood, rigid plastics, and properly prepared OEM finishes. For metal substrates—including steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum—Slick Sand must be applied only over a high-quality epoxy primer, ensuring maximum adhesion and long-term surface stability. MEKP liquid hardener is included for reliable activation and consistent performance.

Designed for large-area repairs, full restorations, and surfaces requiring heavy filling, Slick Sand is VOC compliant, builds quickly, sands easily, and creates a smooth, wave-free surface ready for topcoat.
